I practice from a non-diet, weight neutral approach. The focus is on developing healthy behaviors that are supportive of balancing/lowering blood sugars instead of focusing on a number on the scale or restrictive diets. I love helping mamas discover a positive nutrition, Mediterranean lifestyle approach where food is meant to be enjoyed without guilt. Nutrition is personalized as each pregnant women has unique nutrient requirements and carb thresholds.
The zoom video coaching calls will be bi-weekly- a poll will be sent out to students to determine the best time for everyone. If you can't make it to the live sessions you will have access to the recordings! While I would love to have you live and see you, you don't have to have your camera on and you can easily turn it off.
All calls will be recorded and you will have access to them for 3 months.
The course is 6 weeks long with 3 bi-weekly live 1-hour video calls. You will have FULL access to the recordings and community for 3 months.
Yes, Rahaf will be facilitating all calls. She will also be in the private Facebook community to support you throughout the 6 weeks. As a bonus to the program, you can also book a 30 minute one on one call at the end of the program to ask any of your lingering questions.
Due to the digital nature of the program, there are no refunds.
I can guarantee that you will leave with a clear strategy for lowering blood sugars in pregnancy to grow a healthy baby. No one can guarantee that you won’t develop gestational diabetes unfortunately due to the nature of the condition. However, research does suggest that many women can prevent or delay the development of gestational diabetes by nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Once you officially enroll and program starts, you will have access to instructions that show you how to join the exclusive membership community where you can connecting with Rahaf and other members in the group.
Program is in recorded video slides, live coaching calls, and downloadable, printable, and easy-to-use supplementary worksheets and checklists.
This program is open to 15 women only to keep the group small and allow for individual support.
