I’m a Registered Dietitian, diabetes educator and mama to my one year old girl. As a new mama I know how important it is to have a joyful pregnancy experience. Pregnancy can feel lonely, and having to think about blood sugars or a diagnosis of gestational diabetes is overwhelming and stressful. FAQ

  • What is your nutrition coaching philosophy? What makes you different?

    I practice from a non-diet, weight neutral approach. The focus is on developing healthy behaviors that are supportive of balancing/lowering blood sugars instead of focusing on a number on the scale or restrictive diets. I love helping mamas discover a positive nutrition, Mediterranean lifestyle approach where food is meant to be enjoyed without guilt. Nutrition is personalized as each pregnant women has unique nutrient requirements and carb thresholds.

  • When are the live zoom coaching session calls? Do I have to have video?

    The zoom video coaching calls will be bi-weekly on Sundays starting on April 25 at 10:30 am EST. If you can't make it to the live sessions you will have access to the recordings! While I would love to have you live and see you, you don't have to have your camera on and you can easily turn it off.

  • What if I can’t make it to the live calls?

    All calls will be recorded and you will have access to them for 3 months.

  • How long will I have access to the program?

    The course is 6 weeks long with 3 bi-weekly live 1-hour video calls. You will have access to the recordings for 3 months.

  • Will I have access to Rahaf?

    Yes, Rahaf will be facilitating all calls. She will also be in the private Facebook community to support you throughout the 6 weeks.

  • Are there refunds?

    Due to the nature of the program, there are no refunds.

  • Does this program guarantee that I don’t develop gestational diabetes?

    I can guarantee that you will leave with a clear strategy for lowering blood sugars in pregnancy to grow a healthy baby. No one can guarantee that you won’t develop gestational diabetes unfortunately due to the nature of the condition. However, research does suggest that many women can prevent or delay the development of gestational diabetes by nutrition and lifestyle changes.

  • How long do I have until to enroll? When will you offer this again?

    Early enrollment will start on April 7 and end on April 12, after which the price will increase. Enrollment for the group coaching will close on April 16 (my birthday!) I am not sure when I will be offering this group experience again, it likely won't be until fall/winter.

  • How much does this group coaching program cost? How many spots are available?

    The program is currently priced at $247 however with early enrollment you have a $50 credit which brings it down to $197 for 6 weeks of coaching. Early enrollment starts on April 7, 2021. There are limited spots to keep the group small so I can support you.
